Chez Neal/ Chez SD Volunteer Supply List: (A longtime SD tradition of a designated Happy Hour room)
This is a totally volunteer contribution effort, but between Duty Free and selecting your own favorite libations this has proven a super Social Hour solution!
We also solicit snacks, so if you prefer not to contribute alcohol please consider chips, crackers, etc.
LOCATION: The Wench's room (plus 1-2 rooms near the dive shop in case of overflow!)
WHEN: When diving is over! Come join us for Happy Hour drinks and snacks (concludes at dinnertime)
HOW: Get a bottle at Duty Free and snacks from home (nuts, pretzels etc) Mixers as well as beer can be found a block away at Sunshine Grocery.
OTHER: We ask a few volunteers to bring cups plus ice from the ice machine. We may need a few extra mixers depending on what people bring.
AFTER: After HH each night we store the beverages as well as snacks in the host studio that includes a kitchen and bring them out for the next HH.
NOTE: Please feel free to take your 'bottle' back to your room with you if you  wish and/or leave it until the next day for the HH (Happy Hour)

Thank you for double checking... many of the summary lists we create complied from the trip docs are not generated right away due to so few people having signed up. Much better to recap here AND put in your docs...so you have the proper redundancy.

The extra night will be requested for you and I'll confirm when its been confirmed.  ALSO BE AWARE THAT THE EXTRA NIGHT MAY END UP BEING A SINGLE ROOM UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE WANTS TO STAY A DAY LATER AND SHARE WITH YOU.

NOTE that everyone in our industry just did our annual industry show and everyone is slammed right now...so it may take a couple of days to get a confirmation on the extra night.

And finally there will be no issue diving on Friday but not sure about Saturday. I'll be sure to add hotel and diving to the pkg. The room will NOT include meals... I can quote those separately for you and you can decide what to add.

Note that by booking with us you will not have to change rooms... or only in an extreme situation.. whereas if you book differently you always have to change rooms.

Drew I have contacted Kamala to expedite the 20 July extra night request; rooms are getting tight but she is confident that she has you covered. We will contact you when the reservation is confirmed along with any price adjustments which may be necessary (we have only one other extra night member but he is already S/O meaning your extra night will have to be S/O as well) so please do NOT book an extra night until we let you know.

Can I do the guided shore night dive as well??

Melissa I know we spoke on the phone recently in which we already addressed your questions, so just to document what we discussed:
 - There are prerequisites for joining the Guided Night Dive, including some form of previous night dive experience
 - The Dive Guide cannot double as a RAB assigned guide, though this does not apply directly to you
 - All members interested in making a night dive are evaluated individually by Kamala; the resort generally abides with her decision BUT they do hold final say on any dives associated with them

AmigaTortuga is #9 on Extra Night confirmed list BUT is not correct. I am not doing extra night nor D/O . Who's going list is correct, but confirmation list is not correct.

This one is on me, I remember your flight changes a while back and, although I updated the Staff Only version to show you no longer needed an Extra Night 20 July, I overlooked updating the corresponding public version in Topic #4 Who's Going.

Apologies for any undue concern, and thanks for doing your part to help keep our corps of friendly and helpful elves straight. See you all soon in fun filled Bonaire!

We use a 'check and balance' system where our members get the best of online booking but they get a community to share with and see if we have go them signed up for everything they want. *  It works great and that is what the #4 topic is for... you see what we show you signed up for and help to ensure we have it correct. THE PROCESS IS WORKING... THANK YOU!!!

Great for HH and snacks... many of our members do NOT drink adult beverages aka alcohol but bring soda or flavored water etc to join in on the fun. And many will never drink as much alcohol as they bring to share so even if someone changes their mind and wants a drink... no problem.

There should be no problem with the cf63 for you. Just remind me on day of arrival so we can be sure they load the boat correctly for you.
